Evolving from 18 years in property valuation, Inez harnesses her expertise to guide whānau Māori step by step, toward their dreams of homeownership, whenua Māori, and papakāinga.

Her mission goes beyond homeownership though - it’s about nurturing and healing other spheres of life, ensuring each individual is fully equipped and empowered for their next adventure.

Inez brings a holistic platform to her clients, sharing all parts of the journey to homeownership, whether that is the practical actions needed, or the wider sense of preparation through working on self, mahi, and whānau.

What truly sets Inez apart is her indomitable spirit. With discipline as her anchor, she’s relentless, working on her kaupapa, come rain, hail or shine. Inez has a set of values and principles that underpin all that she does, and these combine with her discipline, enables her to take on challenges headfirst and strong.

Inez uses storytelling and social media as her platform for developing content, sharing her mahi, and educating others.

Through our six month business development programme, Inez has developed new processes and systems in her business, that allow her more freedom to do the things she loves and be with the people she loves. We have worked to reframe the narratives of business, to our own definition of success.
